TTCT 101

Postby 1901 » Sun Aug 17, 2014 5:25 pm

I have been considering making a "main" website for TTCTwins, perhaps TTCT101, with all of the general information people would need when starting their TTCT journey. Any input on this? We'd have information on different herbals, different medications (where to order), successful protocols, links to various sites and information with resources and stats, helpful products, etc.

Thoughts? And if you agree, what would you like to see on it?

I love this idea!! I was actually wondering why you didn't have this. It would make it easeir for newcomers and be a good review for regular users. Something that puts it all together as to HOW to TTC TWINS. SO far it has taken me many weeks to read post after post in order to glean some of the valuable information here. It seems many are knowledgeable. If the information was more concise and put in one place then we all can get to business without asking the same questions over and over.

I would like to see: General Information on HOW to TTCTwins.
Some proven protocols that have worked that one may want to try. Of course we all end up tweaking our own but we have to start somewhere!
If it wasnt for some of the protocols on this site I wouldn't have thought of using soy for longer than 5 days or clomid either. I thought of combining them but wasnt sure if that was a good idea. Turns out it can be a good idea. I also didn't know that clomid is more successful at TTCTwins on the second go; IF i knew that I most likely would not have abandoned clomid so quickly in the past. Things like that. Plus all of what you have already mentioned.

Great Idea!!

We used to have it on the old site then we coverted over to this one. The old information was pretty outdated so I figured, adding a new one might help.

This is a great idea!! It took me forever and HOURS online researching different protocols and supplements to take and for what benefit. Stats are even harder to find. It would be such a huge blessing to anyone to find all that information in one place and be able to tweak it to meet their personal circumstances.

Following what 1901 said,

Just wanted to say that I never got to see or read anything from the "old site" as I didn't find this site until recently. So, it would really be a plus for everyone. Especially since you have stated that some of the information was outdated.

Looking forward to it!!!

Im not certain what the old site is but the I love the idea of a 101. being so very new it is so easy to get lost in the information, flounder around with questions trying to sort it all out, and feeling like a burden for asking questions. It would be so great to know that everyone looking for the simple answers can find it in one place.

I Also would LOVE to see a stats page! That is such a great idea. Get a good look at how many gals are successful with having their twins and if that was with meds or with IVF or IUI.
